We automatically collect location information when you use Digiciment as a deliverer. We do not collect or share any of your personal data to any third parties. This information is primarily needed to properly track the deliverer's real-time location in order to enable the monitoring of shipping evolution.

• In some cases, “Digiciment” may ask for “location” permission in order to send data to back-office for monitoring purposes.
• Depending on your device “Digiciment” may also ask for “Camera or accessing photo” permission only when the user wants to create an account. We do not collect any image/photo from your device unless you specifically accept and we do not share that data.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Democratic Republic of Congo without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy except for those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield, or the Swiss-US framework.
